Beginner Workouts - Online Fitness Classes

Beginner workouts are geared towards individuals that are just starting a workout routine, and have not been involved in a consistent workout routine for quite some time. This is a great place to start building your core and establishing a routine. It is recommended that you start light, working out 2-3 times per week for the first 4 weeks, and then work towards 4-5 times a week for the next 1-2 months, before progressing to our Intermediate or Advanced classes.
