Cindi is a nationally certified group fitness instructor with over 25 years experience. After receiving her bachelor of fine arts degree in dance, she became a natural for the dance-styled fitness classes of the 80's. Once plagued with various health and asthma/allergy related issues as a child, aerobics became the "tonic" for feeling and looking good for the first time in her life! In 1992, she became one of the first nationally certified personal trainers in the state of Texas. Cindi turned to fitness as a full time career at that time and has since developed a reputation for her ability to make her classes and personal training sessions seriously silly and fun. She believes that having fun is the key to exercise retention and success.
