Jen has a Masters Degree in Education (Curriculum and Instructor). She is a certified Group Fitness instructor who has taught and directed fitness programs in Hong Kong, New York, Florida and Texas. Her infectiously fun and energetic style makes her a favorite at every club in which she teaches, and her regular students are thrilled to now have her on demand anytime!
